Lisa is a matchmaker. Whether curating unique products for her boutique in Scottsdale or seeking talent for a tech startup or large hospital, she has an innate knack for satisfying her clients.
Lisa’s roots are in technology recruiting and she has partnered with noteworthy companies including Microsoft, Amazon, Nordstrom, VISA and a variety of small startups.
In her free time Lisa loves spending time with family, traveling, antiquing, trying new restaurants and launching new businesses.
She is a Business Administration grad from the University of WA and now resides in Scottsdale, AZ.
Sammy Rindler is a Sourcing Recruiter for Eskenazi & Company. He graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and has previous work experience in healthcare recruiting.
Sammy’s main goal is to provide outstanding healthcare and technology candidates for all of our clients to ensure complete satisfaction with our services!
When he is not finding the best candidates possible for clients, he enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing sports and cheering on his beloved Seattle sports teams!
Brooke Bouska is a Sourcing Recruiter & Account Manager here at Eskenazi & Company! She is a University of Iowa graduate with a Bachelor of Arts in Enterprise Leadership, go Hawks!
Brooke’s experience includes many aspects of recruiting and sales, but healthcare is where she found her passion to be! Matching a person to the right position is important to Brooke because she believes everyone should love their job as much as she loves hers.
When she is not sourcing for new clients or professionals, you can find her going on adventures, traveling to new locations and also enjoying a good Netflix binge here and there!
Lexie Rindler is a talented Recruiting professional that focuses on putting the client and candidate first. She currently works as the Director of HR & Operations at Eskenazi & Company with previous work experience at TEGNA, Accenture, and Deloitte.
Lexie is passionate about diversity and inclusion and believes that there is a place for everyone in the workforce. During her time at Deloitte, she was a Campus Recruiter and diversity, equity, and inclusion lead.
She is fluent in Spanish and enjoys spending her free time with family and friends, working out, exploring Arizona, and trying out new restaurants. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from Arizona State University with a degree in Global Studies and a minor in Spanish.
